first time ever posting to something like this.... this is the message i get "this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. please install a program or , if one is already installed, create an association in the default programs control panel" the only thing i can think of is i installed a program on my comp call "Ccleaner" it really messed up some stuff. any help would be greatly appreciated! thx
